WHEN WILL I GET MY PICTURES?
For a portrait session, I guarantee a turnaround time of two weeks from the day of shooting.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive a link to a password protected gallery site where you are able to download your full size edited images and order prints.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Due to the nature of a growing business, I have had to come up with a cancellation policy. I do ask that when clients make their appointments they take into consideration that I reserve that day specifically for them, rendering that day unavailable for another possible client. Therefore, canceling results in a loss of business for me. Having said that, please choose the time and date very carefully. My policies are as follows:
APPOINTMENT POLICY: When you book your session, a deposit of 50% of the original session fee is required at the time of booking. Please keep in mind the appointment date will only be held up to 10 days to receive the payment. The remainder of the session fee is due at the time of the appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments cancelled due to an emergency may of course be rescheduled. I am very aware that life happens! However, please be very mindful as to what constitutes an emergency. If the appointment is cancelled, the client has up to two weeks to reschedule, or they risk losing their deposit.
BAD WEATHER: Many of you ask, what do we do if the weather is bad?! Living in Texas, you never know what you're going to get. Most likely, bad weather consists of all day raining or thunderstorms. A few drizzles in the morning usually wears off by the afternoon, and cloudy weather is actually great photo weather.
